First grab an old sketch book and rip off the cardboard from the back off it. Then put Slayer on full blast while your making it. I picked "War Ensamble" for the right mood. Then grab an old hoodie I dont wear anymore. Draw a killer looking skull on the cardboard then cut it out .I found some old rope and tied it to the hoodie. I had some red ducktape and put "X"s on it too for drama.
